Mr. Vinit K. Baweja

Mr. Vinit K Baweja is a young and dynamic entrepreneur and joined the KB Group nearly 15 years ago to support his father. Armed with a post graduate degree, Mr. Vinit has since expanded the family business significantly. Known for his energetic and determined spirit, he is passionate about business and has dedicated his primary focus towards the growth and success of the KB Group. Inspired by and driven towards the principles of innovation and diversification in business, Mr. Vinit established KB Tyres as a separate vertical under the umbrella of KB Group. After overcoming initial challenges, KB Tyres is now helmed by his younger brother and is renowned for manufacturing and distributing branded tyres and alloy wheels. Mr. Vinit’s commitment to diversification also led him into the realm of real estate in Punjab, intriguing him with the development of high-rise apartment buildings and commercial real estate projects.

He soon established the company KB Infra & Developers and believes that real estate is a safer investment compared to other sectors, recognising its promise and necessity for current and future generations. With the rise of nuclear families, Mr. Vinit focuses on developing desirable apartments with comforting amenities, aiming to provide practical and valuable investments for homeowners and end-users. With real estate, Mr. Vinit’s goal is to deliver projects ahead of schedule and build credibility for the KB Infra brand. For the future, he plans to further diversify within the real estate industry by creating various residential and commercial projects to meet the diverse needs of customers and end-users. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Vinit maintains a balance by regularly going to the gym and unwinding on the golf course during weekends.

Mr. Vijay Baweja

Mr. Vijay Baweja is a prominent entrepreneur from North India known for his aggressive business strategies and significant contributions to various industries. He began his career in 1983 with dairy farming; by establishing a successful dairy unit before he ventured out into the paper industry. In the paper business, he initially collaborated with four separate partners, but over time, he became the sole proprietor. Under his leadership, the company emerged as one of the largest paper producers in Punjab, with KB Paper becoming a highly revered brand in North India.

For the past decade, he has maintained a monopoly on his products by introducing innovative production methodologies. He also conceived the idea of manufacturing packaging materials from wastepaper byproducts. Collaborating with various publishers, he expanded the paper business into a diverse venture with a multitude of product categories.

Today, after more than 40 years in business, Mr. Baweja is recognized for his fair financial practices — having avoided any debt-related borrowing for more than 20 years, which has earned him a stellar reputation. Currently, he is involved in spiritual and religious activities, participating in leading the management committees of important temples in Ludhiana. His commitment to social welfare is evident through his adoption of two NGOs that are focused on educating underprivileged children and improving the welfare of the poor. Mr. Baweja has been honoured twice for his exemplary business practices by the Punjab Marketing Associations, cementing his legacy as a distinguished entrepreneur.
